The pork skin jelly is really delicious! The portion is also OK. It doesn’t look like much but it’s enough for several meals.
The jelly feels like the pig skin has been cooked for too long and has no taste. There is soy sauce in the jelly, which is not salty but has a base taste.
The quantity was very small, less than half of the box, and the taste was okay, but salty, so I had to add some other ingredients and cook it again.
The jelly was not as chewy as I had imagined and the taste was just average. I don’t think I’ll be in the mood to buy it again next time.
