I bought it here because I didn't want to chop it up; it would actually be much cheaper at the supermarket, but then it would be a long strip. Buying it here is more convenient, but this simply packaged rib is a large piece, with cartilage making up about a third of it. There's a lot of meat, unlike the leaner, smaller pieces of the Golden Sand Ribs. Overall, if the price is the same, I think the other option is better.
The meat quality was excellent, and the pork ribs received high praise.

What happened to the order of boneless?!
One third of it is bone.
Grilled meat from this dish is delicious but too little
It's Rib. The portion is not very large. It's cut very thickly and the meat is quite tender. But one pack is not enough and the price is too expensive.
I have repurchased it many times. It is delicious when making barbecued pork.
I was not satisfied. I opened it and found that it was not a whole piece of meat, but three small pieces of meat. There were also large bones, which were used to make barbecued pork. It was too late to regret after receiving it.
Said it was boneless, all meat has bone attached to them. I guess you can get it if you’re looking for something with bone but if you’re getting it because it says boneless, don’t get it.
