Pork Barbecue was tasty and quick to cook in the airfryer!
This is my 2nd time ordering this. I tried cooking it on an electric griller but transferred it in the oven after 20mins. Better to cook it in the oven for me. The taste is so good and my kids love it. M6 husband eats it with catsup and I love it with vinegar.

They give you 10 skewers with 3 pieces of pork per skewer. I defrosted them as instructed. I used my small toaster oven with convection fan (whereas the instructions required a big gas oven or grill set up). I laid the skewers on the silicone mats on the center rack. I preheated until 350F and then broiled them 15 minutes, then turning them over for another 15 minutes. The skewers made it sooooo much easier & faster to turn them over rather than using tongs. They turned out all cooked even to the centers and they tasted great. I had them with a bowl of jasmine rice & lechon sauce. Even my cat liked them! I can’t believe how masarap and easy & fast Magnolia’s products are to cook & eat and very affordable for what they give you!! With just 1 pack, I could have a little merienda party with 2 or 3 friends without breaking the piggybank!!! lol

My 4 year old doesn’t usually enjoy eating meat, but she asked for one more skewer with this one. That’s why I will definitely put this on our repeat list.

It was yummy. I seared the outside of the pork on a skillet to get a char, then put it in the oven at 400 degrees fahrenheit for ~20 minutes, rotating the skewers half way through.
