I bought it to make pork rib soup and sweet and sour pork ribs.
The pork ribs had a good balance of lean and fat, but the pieces seemed a bit small. I took half of them and braised them with quail eggs and dried tofu. They tasted pretty good and were quite flavorful.

The pork tenderloin sold on Weee is of very good quality and super tender. I bought four pieces during the sale, and before they thawed, I cut each one in half. It's very convenient and easy to cook.
Simply slice the pork tenderloin, marinate it briefly to let the flavors infuse, and then pan-fry it until cooked through. It's fragrant and tender, and kids especially love it.
Pork tenderloin is a must-have for cold storage! I repurchase it frequently!
