The noodles are too rough. I wouldn't buy it again at regular price, even if it was on sale.
The seasoning was delicious. It says to boil it for 40 seconds, but I boiled it a little longer than that so the noodle texture was good.
The taste was delicious, but the noodles were a bit dry, so they broke into small pieces while boiling, and they also crumbled when draining the water...they weren't noodles that you could slurp.
It doesn't taste good. Don't like it at all.
I ate it today, and it was definitely softer than regular cold noodle noodles, probably because it was buckwheat, but it didn't have a chewy texture, so it was a little disappointing. But it seems much healthier on the inside!!
