I did get a little salty, but since it's packaged kimchi, I think this is fine, right? I bought it because of the good reviews, and I'm planning to use it in stews and steamed dishes.
After tasting Pungsan kimchi, I've been eating only Pungsan kimchi. My husband says it's the best. It's delicious whether you eat it right out of the oven or after it's been cooked.
I've always only bought bottled kimchi. I bought this because it's low-temperature fermented, so I wanted to try it. If it tastes good, I'd buy it again. I just wish the kimchi wasn't overly fermented.
This taste like the kimchi I had in Korea. Sadly almost gone I have to order more.
The ones I get in the can always have the lid open, so this time I ordered it in a bag and it came a little runny. It arrived overripe, but it's still chewy and tangy. The smell is a bit strong.
