Tasty. I like to separate the broth and noodles and eat from both for perfect ratio. The tempura made it too salty for me, but the flavor was very good before adding it.
The broth is well seasoned and delicious.

First time I got this noodle bowl, the juice had a good taste. But the noodles were like ramen noodles, not thick like udon noodles. Overall good for a quick something to eat.
