I was very surprised to see rock sugar being sold! I used to luuuuuv rock candy. I use it now very sparingly because the density of flavor is so robust. I have been wanting to cut back on white sugar and started acclimating brown sugars. I like turbinado, but this is even better as far as flavor!

This product does not look like rock sugar, it looks like white sand sugar
I bought this to make plum syrup, but even though it says "rock sugar," the grains are too small to be usable. However, since it's cane sugar, I can use it in my everyday cooking.
I can't go to the store to buy. So shopping on weee is an option.
