As a Wuhan native, I was initially disappointed when I opened the package and saw the noodle cake that looked like instant noodles. However, after cooking and adding the seasoning, the taste was acceptable, even more flavorful than the other two brands. It would be even more perfect if I bought some pickled green beans and spicy radishes myself. (Note: Don't add all the chili oil, it's a bit too spicy.) The portion size is just right for women, and the price-performance ratio is the best. I look forward to the bean curd sheets being available soon.

I'm only reviewing this now after I've finished eating. The noodles weren't hot dry noodles, just regular dried noodles. The toppings were fairly authentic, and it was slightly spicy. Cai Lin Ji hot dry noodles are still the most authentic; the noodles are authentic, and the toppings aren't spicy, but they're still acceptable.
