I used to buy Thai jasmine rice, but the grains were too small and the price was too high, so I switched to this Korean rice. The grains are plump, but we prefer a softer texture, so we need to add more water. It's quite cheap when there are discounts, so I often repurchase it.

Good size for me
I wanted to try the Rhee Chun New Variety, gluten-free New Corp rice, because I was curious. I can't tell much of a difference, but it’s good. Next time, I'll soak it for a little longer and then cook it if that will tell the difference.
