Soft and smooth
Today I made ramen-style somen noodles using somen noodles I had at home. I just made the soup and boiled them. It turned out surprisingly well. Easy and delicious.

It wasn't as much as I thought. I boiled two batches and ate them, and I got exactly two bowls. I put salt and noodles in boiling water, and when it started to boil, I added half a cup of cold water, and when it started to boil again, I took it out, and it was cooked just right. The noodles were chewy and delicious!
