Very warming) and tastes very much like mustard, I can taste it from the mustard leaves which is cool. It’s got a tang to it also from the greens, but mainly salty & savory. No clove or anything like that. Spicy, mustardy, salty & very slightly sour (not as sour as kadhai pakora though, that takes the cake!)
