I eat sauerkraut dumplings almost every month. I've bought this sauerkraut many times; the sourness is just right, it's very fresh, and there's no strange, unpleasant smell. Adding some minced beef and pre-soaked glass noodles makes my mouth water as I make dumplings.
I haven't decided what to eat yet, and I don't feel like making dumplings, so I'll just post a picture of my order first.
