Its store in Huangpu District, Shanghai, always has long queues, so I was happy to be able to buy this crab shell pastry online. I baked it at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes. The outer layer is so crispy, it really crunches when you bite into it! It's so fragrant and sweet, perfect with tea.
