I forgot to take pictures of the finished product. I noticed that each flavor had different side dishes. The pickled bamboo shoots with the sour soup were a perfect match. Overall, it wasn't too spicy; the spiciness was tolerable for people from southern China. The fish slices were soft, and the pickled bamboo shoots were crisp and tender. It was quite delicious.
