I bought this pickled cabbage and will try it out; I'll make pickled cabbage fish myself.
I asked for a refund. The pickled cabbage was supposed to be sweet, but it wasn't sour at all; it had no flavor, just that artificial sweetness. A whole pot of pickled cabbage and minced meat was made, but a week later, nobody wanted to eat it, so I had to throw it away. What a waste of my time! The minced beef alone cost $10.

We often make beef noodles, which require pickled cabbage as an ingredient. We can also stir-fry shredded meat to make soup noodles, so we buy two packs to keep on hand.

It's the same pickled mustard greens from the domestic brand "Yizhiding," but here it's just given a different name and sold at a US dollar price. Shanghainese are used to eating pickled mustard greens with shredded pork and stir-fried bamboo shoots.
The name has been changed, but it's actually just a cauldron. The taste is good, suitable for the light porridge and side dishes of southerners.
Repurchase the second time to cook the snow cabbage meat noodles first soak the snow cabbage for five minutes then white pan with sugar fry will not be too salty
