I bought it again. This time, the tofu seemed very watery, probably because it was frozen.
I'll buy it again. It's quite delicious, crispy after frying, but it's not exactly stinky tofu and doesn't have a strong odor.
Crispy after being air-fried, then braised with the sauce from the vegetarian chicken made with rice and pickled vegetables and edamame. A standard Shanghai home-style dish.
I bought it based on the good reviews. If it tastes good, I will repurchase it.

Today's stinky tofu tastes a bit bitter for some reason. My favorite summer porridge dish, edamame and stinky tofu, is no longer as fragrant

The tofu is big and juicy but not smelly at all. It doesn't taste authentic and can only be eaten as fried tofu.
