suckling pig
It was well marinated and the meat was very tender. This conchinillo was a show stopper. Everyone enjoyed the flavor of the meat. The instructions were very general. You have to know your oven very well. It only took an hour and a half to cook this, but I used the convection roast mode on my oven. It has to be convection to cook it fast and have crispy skin. I air it out for 30 minutes then continue cooking in 400 convection roast for another 30 minutes. I will definitely buy again.
It looks so good and the packing very professional
This was a hit on our Thanksgiving celebration! The skin was so crispy and the meat was so flavorful and very tender. So good that I’ll prefer having cochinillo again over a regular lechon. Thank you Weee for making it so easy for us to try cochinillo for the very first time, sa America pa!
Freshly baked, crispy and crunchy, baked at 375 degrees Celsius for 2 hours, a success!

Second time ordering because it was so simple to make in the air fryer when you’re short on time. Tastes good with a drizzle of vinegar or vinegar and soysauce. I’d say one package is good for 2 people.
Purchased this after reading the good reviews about the pork quality and the sauce.
It's too sweet, too sweet, too sweet!
Still frozen arrived
Marinated pork belly no msg.
very good!
Wonderful Filipino taste, sweet but not sickenly. It's just right. I prepared two different ways: out on the bbq grill and also tried oven roasted. Outdoor grill allowed me to char the edges and caramelize the meat the way I love it. Oven roasting in a foil lined shallow pan made cleanup super easy. Started at 400 then boosted to 425 to char edges. Both ways turned out super tasty, and nice and moist. I will be buying a lot more of these, keeping a stash in the freezer for a quick impressive meal.
Arrived and still frozen. Glad i ordered this one.
