I bought it here because I didn't want to chop it up; it would actually be much cheaper at the supermarket, but then it would be a long strip. Buying it here is more convenient, but this simply packaged rib is a large piece, with cartilage making up about a third of it. There's a lot of meat, unlike the leaner, smaller pieces of the Golden Sand Ribs. Overall, if the price is the same, I think the other option is better.
