The fish on Weee is also quite good. Although it's frozen, it's thawed and the meat is excellent. I usually either steam it or cook it in a sweet and sour sauce.
I do always buy these pompano from Weee because It is a long drive for me to get them in Asian store

I tried it as a stew and it was delicious! Personally, it tastes closer to mackerel (it's less oily than mackerel and tastes closer to the taste of grilling the leftovers from eating mackerel sashimi). I think I'll buy it again!
