The tom yum soup base had a bold, authentic flavor with a nice balance of sour and spicy. Very convenient and easy to use.
I won't buy it again. There's another type of Tom Yum soup base in a glass jar that's more authentic.

It's just average. I thought it would be like the beef satay in a tea restaurant. The noodles might be a little bland.

This tomato hot pot base is fantastic! I don't even need to buy tomatoes anymore, so convenient! It's also great for making soup, with a rich tomato flavor. I've been adding a little to all my recent dishes, and I feel like my cooking skills have improved instantly.

soup base good basic tomato flavor gonna add to my regular rotation what I used in this hot pot was radishes, bok choy, cabbage, beef, wild caught shrimp, and a ramen style noodle

If it's on sale, you can stock up and put it in the refrigerator. Sometimes it's delicious to cook noodles and rice noodles, and you don't have to eat it when you eat hot pot.
