Believe it or not. I bought it to stew with vegetables. No need to add extra oil. The vegetables are no longer bland and taste more fragrant with the smell of meat. The fried pork skin tastes soft and sticky when cooked.
Not good, some of the pig skin is very hard and I won't buy it again
