The ones above are the dried mulberries I bought at Weee, they are dark and shiny, the ones below are the light-colored ones I bought at the Middle East supermarket, they are sticky and not tasty when eaten directly, but they are very delicious after soaking in hot water. Judging from the appearance, the dried mulberries in China are processed more carefully, and they don’t have as many branches and stems as those bought in Middle Eastern stores. I will buy them again.
