This is the dried bean curd that I like. I have bought it many times and it is really good. I will continue to repurchase it. I add Jinhua ham shreds, bamboo shoots shreds, shredded pork and steam them in chicken soup to make a delicious Yangzhou dried bean curd.

Just blanch it slightly, add celery and carrots, and season with sesame oil. It tastes great. You no longer have to buy ready-made ones, which are expensive and in small quantities.
