First time trying white fermented bean curd. It felt weird at first, but it turned out well.
This fermented bean curd is delicious, soft and fluffy, and goes well with breakfast.
I have always been used to using Guanghe fermented bean curd. Because it was out of stock, I tried this brand. I remembered to post the order when I was almost finished eating. The taste of this one is very similar to Guanghe. Stir-fried water spinach and sweet potato leaves are a great way to go with rice.
