Very convenient, it can be microwaved or steamed. When steaming, be sure to separate each rice ball, otherwise they will stick together and the inside part will still be frozen.
I usually buy something different, but this one was on sale so I bought it! It was delicious.
It's ok, the sweet tofu skin has no oats, just rice, and the seaweed is not crispy.
