It is very crispy and has plenty of moisture. The sweetness is not the highest, but it is okay. The most important thing is that it is really crispy and it cracks when a knife touches it.

The expiration date is half a year, which is a bit fast but acceptable. The child and I ate more than half a pack on the first day we received it. It is a good and healthy food.
