Just what it described! Not too much fat!
Not bad, although there weren't many pieces. Using a pressure cooker makes it very tender and soft; the meat falls apart easily. I added carrots and tomatoes as a base.

This is my first time buying grass-fed Angus beef. The quality of the meat looks good. After thawing, you can fry it directly and sprinkle some sea salt on it. The beef tastes good enough.
