This is a fish I've been hooked on lately. I put it in kimchi hotpot or bake it in the oven with tomatoes and garlic. It gives off quite a bit of oil, but it's not dry, and it's delicious when seasoned with a strong seasoning.
Big portion for the price. Will try and hopefully good.
