Delicious bean curd sheets, lots of sheets can be eaten many times.
Another kitchen staple. This is much easier to use for meat rolls (ngoh hiang) and not salty at all.
The tofu skin was incredibly smooth and soft, but it arrived frozen solid, so you need to thaw it before eating.
The taste is pretty good; it cooks quickly in a hot pot.
I haven't tried it yet; it's freezing cold so I can try making shrimp spring rolls.
