To make delicious preserved egg and lean pork congee, use a clay pot and cook with raw rice for a smoother texture. Slice the lean pork (loin) into strips and marinate with rice wine, salt, white pepper, and cornstarch. Dice the preserved egg, mash half of it, and add it to the congee.
Each one is individually packaged, with simple ingredients. Try it and see if it's as amazing as advertised.
