sorry everyone my kitten jumped into my picture. water celery is a great vegetable, i use it as a replacement for lettuce. lettuce is good but there is not much nutrition in it so i try hard to find veggies that can be filling but have more nutrients then just water. Im diabetic so im always looking for veggies that taste good and make me feel good. this is one of them.
