I bought 4 bundles, but the quantity is too small.

this is a new vegetable for me but I really liked it. I put it in my salad and then i cooked the rest that i had with my fish and rice and it went well raw and cooked. If looking for something new in vegetables and you havent trired this, its worth trying.

Water Celery is one ingredient used in kimchi. It is called Minari in Korea and Seri in Japan. It is a relative of parsley and is an aquatic herb with a fresh flavor. It can also be used in sukiyaki or congee.
I put it in a soup and ate it. The water parsley was fragrant and delicious.
