Since the stems are not thick, I bought them to eat as a side dish with grilled meat. The water parsley flavor is not strong, which is disappointing.
This season, there is also water celery which is really nice to eat. It is a bit small but very fresh. I bought it when it was on promotion and had a coupon so it was ok.
