I bought this braised beef brisket with radish and pork belly. It was already pre-cut, which was convenient, but there was a lot of tendon and membrane. After removing the tendons and membranes, there would probably only be a little over a pound of beef brisket left.
The packaging seems a bit different from what I bought before.

The fascia is great, I often repurchase it.
I didn't see any beef brisket; it was basically just a big chunk of fat and grease, inedible. Please have the inspector check it before selling it. If it's cheap, I won't show it; I'll just throw it away.
