I used one for oden. It's frozen, so it's good for Japanese dishes. If you use it as is, the texture is bad. I think it's better to eat it like that.

Best fish cake for hotpot
I often make it into deep-fried seaweed and put it in my lunch box! I think it tastes better cooked.
The quantity is small, so I'll have to use it as a snack.
