So convenient and worth the price over store raw garlic that always seems to be expensive and goes bad quickly. This is freezer friendly and so beyond ridiculously quick to use. The flavor is true to and would have never guessed it was frozen garlic paste. Easy to pop out of the container and easy to sautéed up. So worth the buy and will never go back to expensive store raw garlic after this purchase.
