I got it for $29.99 on sale. It was my first time buying sashimi and cutting it myself. I thawed it naturally from the freezer to the refrigerator the night before, and the next day I had fresh, perfectly cooked sashimi – even better value and tastier than most Japanese restaurants in the US! The fat was evenly distributed, with a slightly sweet flavor. One fish is enough for one person, enough for three meals, paired with champagne or sake – a great deal. I'll definitely buy it again when it's on sale!
The weight is really hit or miss.. It's my first order.. I thought it was big so I thought "wow~~" but it was smaller than what was listed. ㅜㅜ I haven't tried it yet but I hope it's delicious so I forget about it~ But the item as a whole is smaller than in the picture. Comparing it to Hmart...

It's too much trouble to clean it. But it's good because you can eat the sashimi and belly meat. It was delicious and good considering that cleaning the bones/skin was a hassle and hard part.

After cutting it open, it smells very delicious. It's a big piece, enough for three meals. I made poke with one of the pieces today, which was good!

It was more delicious than I thought! I wrapped it in freezer paper and thawed it. I made stews of the gills and it was delicious too~

The quality of the croaker is very good, very fresh, and there are no defects. I cut it into sashimi and ate it as soon as it arrived.
Yellowtail is of very good quality. Use salt and black pepper and a little oil to fry on both sides.
