Because there is less meat, I still think stew is the best, especially when cooked with high-fiber winter bamboo shoots, which doubles the nutrition.

best pork i’ve ever tried. the taste and flavor is so gooooood. after try the iberico pork, it’d be hard to go back to non-iberico pork again. It’s quite pricy for pork but it’s worth it. no porky gamy smell of the regular pork meat yet but very flavorful and the fragance of meat is unmatched like other. will try other types of Iberico pork. Big hit for us. Used to make shreded it pork with shreded pork skin dish, and it turned out the best so far.
