In Japan, rice is cooked with mixed grains, and this can be cooked in the same way. When washing the rice, mix in a little of it and cook it together. It adds volume to the rice!

Great for using with white rice
I originally wanted to make plain rice cake, but we ran out of rice that day and it hadn't arrived yet, so I made a mixed rice cake instead. It looked alright, but it wasn't sweet enough and didn't taste very good lol... all show and no substance
The result of cooking it according to the 7:3 ratio instructions is not bad!
The mixed 7 grains has a great flavor and taste. I mixed mines with white rice and it tasted amazing. And is great for stomach digestion.
