I was a little disappointed when I received the package this morning because it was so small. Two small strips and one mini piece were marinated with barbecue seasoning and then cooked on the Midea electric pressure cooker using the sauté function for 5 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other. When serving, I sprinkled some salt and pepper on top – it was amazing! I'll probably buy a few more packs so I can eat my fill at once.
