I suggest buying a couple jars if you see this in stock. Two of my local grocery stores carry it, but even they are always out of stock.I've tried using Trader Joe's Bomba sauce as a substitute, but there is still nothing like Lao Gan Ma!

This is by far my favorite hot sauce to put on almost everything. It's much spicier than Sriracha and has the perfect amount of salt content to flavor my dishes. I even eat it with my eggs.My jar is almost out so I usually try to buy 2 at a time. It's so popular that it's always out of stock
