I finally bought the right lamb skewers from Little Sheep Hot Pot this time! Last time I bought beef skewers instead, and I didn't even realize they weren't lamb until much later.
This lamb is delicious; it's perfect for barbecue, but it's also great baked in the oven.
I baked it in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 4 minutes each, turning it 3 times. It was really delicious. However, there was so much fat that cleaning the air fryer was no joke. But it was so delicious!
Lamb skewers are so convenient, and the seasoning is incredibly delicious.
The lamb skewers I'd been waiting for were finally on sale! I bought some and they tasted great.
