This was my first time buying it, and I see why it had such good reviews. I lightly oiled it and made tteok skewers. They were chewy and delicious. I'm planning to buy them again.
I didn't have any rice cakes for tteokguk, so I cut these up and made tteokguk. It was perfect for New Year's and it was so delicious!! I really enjoyed it.

So chewy and good mount of rice cake in one packet. I cut it half when I made tteokbokki. I will def order it next time!
This is something I always keep at home. It's convenient to roast rice cakes in the morning and dip them in honey, and it's also delicious when used as a rice cake stir-fry. It's much chewier and more flavorful than wheat rice cakes.
