It was dense and chewy. Although the texture was nice, there wasn’t much flavor to it. If you like a subtle flavor you might enjoy it.
The bun was too soft and wet on top, so I put it in the oven for a crispy top. After that, it was very delicious! It's so big you shouldn't eat it all at once, or you'll have to take a nap.
The bread is very dry and has little filling. I will not repurchase.
