Unfortunately, even though it is made fresh every day, the appearance of the eggs was sticky when I received them, and the yolks were very soft, and they seemed to have been frozen. In order not to waste, after sterilization, it was steamed in a pot for 10 minutes and smoked with sugar for three minutes.
