It seems like the freezing isn't working properly these days, so when you receive it, you have to quickly open it and put it in the freezer. I think you have to pay more attention to the frozen packaging.

Even though I did it the right way, the rice cake was hard, so I turned it three more times for 39 seconds each, but it was still hard. It seems like the rice cake needs to be soaked in water beforehand. It's also less sweet than other tteokbokki.
