got 5 pretty decent size. I steamed it for 15 mins. not sure if I over steamed it. it was a little dry, but still super delicious with lemon juice,salt, and pepper. ran out of the Tabasco sauce. subbed melted butter mixed with the lemon sauce. boo yah
