This brand of minced salmon has a very good flavor. It doesn't have a strong fishy smell and is very convenient for making Japanese triangular rice balls.

As the name suggests, the salmon is shredded, so it's delicious as a rice ball filling or on top of white rice. The expiration date was in October.

When I'm short on time, I make tuna pasta. While the pasta is boiling, I mix together tuna, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, etc., and then just mix it with the cooked pasta! I always have it on hand.
Small portions are convenient to use and taste good.
