Salmon is delicious.
It's frozen and well-packed. Good size enough to share by 2 pax. I didn't get the chance to take a picture of the cooked one since it just disappear quickly. Salmon is one of our family's favorite, that's why. There'll be next order since salmon from Weee is cheaper.

Since it's a single block, I had no choice but to partially defrost it, break it up, and put it back in the freezer. There were six slices. It's fatty and delicious. It's perfect for onigiri. It's low in salt, so I sprinkle a little salt on it when baking.
After a simple marinating process, the food is delicious when baked in an air fryer.

This is a fish I've been hooked on lately. I put it in kimchi hotpot or bake it in the oven with tomatoes and garlic. It gives off quite a bit of oil, but it's not dry, and it's delicious when seasoned with a strong seasoning.

There were three pieces of meat and two tails. They were small, but I'm looking forward to stewing them and eating them.

The fish arrived with alot of ice inside the bag. This is supposed to be vacuum sealed with exp . But, the bag is not sealed properly , it has a small opening and there’s ice inside and the fish has freezer burn.
