Easy to season for takikomi-gohan
I put it in when making udon and it was so delicious!
It's a convenient helper for cooking rice, and it's also easy to mix vegetables and make soup. However, since it's made of plastic and contains water, I guess I'm also drinking a lot of plastic. I really wish there were glass bottles.
Bonito white dashi concentrated flavor broth, used as bonito soy sauce. I think it used to be in glass packaging; hopefully it's the same.
It's easy to use and convenient. I will buy it again.
