I made a Taiwanese-style vegetarian fried rice noodle dish, replacing the shredded meat with vegetables and tofu. The taste was just as good. I sprinkled some cilantro on top at the end for added flavor.
Rice noodles are great for making noodles.
I hope this Hsinchu rice noodles are chewy.
